Robert Smith

Play-by-Play Announcer

Robert Smith is in his 38th season as the "Voice of the Valley Cubs". Smith began broadcasting Alexandria football in 1988 and is the longest-running high school sports play-by-play broadcaster in northeast Alabama. He has broadcasted over 400 Valley Cub football games including more than 70 state playoff games, nine North Alabama championship games, and three Alexandria state championship games. He is a graduate of Alexandria High School and Jacksonville State University.

Landry Roberts

Color Analyst

Landry Roberts is color analyst and pregame host. He is in his third season of broadcasting Alexandria football. He played center and linebacker for Coach Larry Ginn where he helped the Cubs to back to back Class 4A semifinal appearances. He attended Alexandria High School and Jacksonville State University.

Jordan Smith

Pre-Game Host & Sideline Reporter

Jordan Smith is pregame host, sideline reporter, and Director of Technology. He has broadcasted Alexandria games since 2018. In addition to broadcasting, he designs and implements cutting edge technology and produces each Valley Cub Football game. He attended Alexandria High School and Jacksonville State University.
